One house, captured as it became one.
splathaus started as a way to document a single real house build, from empty lot to finished home, in true 3D rather than a folder of photos. It’s the proof of what the platform now does for any property.
Three epochs, kept in register.
Each epoch is captured against the same ground anchors, so the three line up precisely in space, you can flip between them without the model drifting.
Before
The empty lot. A baseline capture of the ground, the slope, and the neighbors' rooflines before a single foundation is poured, the reference every later epoch registers against.
During
Construction in progress. Framing, scaffolding, the roofline taking shape. Captured in passes as the structure rises, so the build itself becomes a 3D time series.
After
The finished house, inside and out. The exterior and street become the public, shareable splat; interior captures stay private.
Document your own build.
From empty lot to finished home, captured in 3D, epoch by epoch.
