Your property,
captured in 3D.
We turn a walk-through and an aerial pass into a true-to-scale 3D model you can explore in your browser, in VR, or as a cinematic render, captured before, during, and after the build.
drag to orbit · toggle epochs · streams .spz from the edge
Built to capture a place.
Six ideas the platform is organized around, each one a reason the result is accurate, private, and yours.
All you need is an iPhone
The minimum kit is a phone you already own, an iPhone’s LiDAR captures a true-to-scale model on its own. Add a 360° camera or a drone only when you want more coverage.
Metric, absolutely placed
Not just pretty, true to scale. LiDAR fixes real-world dimensions and surveyed ground markers anchor it, so measurements and epochs line up in space.
Before · during · after
Capture in epochs and keep them co-registered. Watch an empty lot become a framed structure become a finished home, navigable in 3D, not a folder of photos.
Privacy by structure
A structural public/private split keeps interior footage off the web. Only the exterior models you approve are ever published, enforced in code, not by trust.
Air + ground, one model
Walk-through 360° coverage and a drone roofline pass fuse into a single coherent model of the whole property and its surroundings.
Delivered everywhere
Stream it in a browser, walk it at 1:1 in a VR headset, or hand a camera-path render to your editor for a cinematic fly-through.
Start with a phone.
An iPhone is all you need to begin. Add a 360° camera or a drone only when you want more coverage.
iPhone
The minimum. An iPhone’s LiDAR captures a true-to-scale model of a space on its own, nothing else required. iPad works too.
iPhone + 360° camera
Add an Insta360 X5 and your iPhone drives it for full one-pass coverage, far fewer gaps than a phone alone, still anchored to LiDAR scale.
iPhone + a drone
Add a DJI Mavic 4 Pro (or a comparable drone) for the roofline and the surroundings a ground capture can’t reach. The fully iPhone-native flight workflow is still being validated; today the aerial leg can lean on an Android device for mission programming.
From capture to a splat you can walk through.
You capture; the platform does the rest. The Mac receiver runs the heavy stages on a GPU worker and sends the model back.
