splathaus runs across the devices you already carry. Each one has a job, capture in the field, plan on the tablet, process on the desktop, and they hand work to each other automatically.
Start with a phone. Add only what you need.
Three levels of coverage, the first needs nothing but an iPhone.
iPhone
The minimum. An iPhone’s LiDAR captures a true-to-scale model of a space on its own, nothing else required. iPad works too.
iPhone + 360° camera
Add an Insta360 X5 and your iPhone drives it for full one-pass coverage, far fewer gaps than a phone alone, still anchored to LiDAR scale.
iPhone + a drone
Add a DJI Mavic 4 Pro (or a comparable drone) for the roofline and the surroundings a ground capture can’t reach. The fully iPhone-native flight workflow is still being validated; today the aerial leg can lean on an Android device for mission programming.

- Review delivered splats at full resolution.
Mac
macOS · the studio
- Receives sealed captures from the field automatically.
- One click runs import → train → deliver on a GPU worker.
- Menu-bar status: receiving, training, delivered.
- Verifies every file’s hash and path before it touches the pipeline.
Android
supported · limited
- No LiDAR, it can’t match iPhone’s phone-only metric capture.
- Used today for 360°-camera control and drone mission programming.
- A bridge while those workflows go fully iPhone-/iPad-native.
splathaus is iPhone- and iPad-native first, that’s where LiDAR gives a true-to-scale capture. Android is supported but limited: without LiDAR it can’t match phone-only metric capture, so today it’s used mainly for 360°-camera control and drone mission programming while we bring those iPhone-native.
Rolling out to operators, not yet on the public app stores.
